Held to Standard is currently operated by Nikita Ilyana Kerdman, pending registration as a non-profit organisation. As data controller, she is responsible for how your personal data is handled. You can reach her at privacy@heldtostandard.org.

What data is collected and why?

This website does not collect personal data. There are no forms, no tracking scripts, and no analytics. If you contact us by email, your message is handled as ordinary correspondence and is not shared with any third party.

Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data
Receive your data in a portable format
Object to processing
Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
